Arthur Hayes: Basis trading or returning to ENA will benefit in a unique way

On August 25, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes said on the X platform that its over-the-counter broker had begun contacting the team to inquire about US dollar borrowing. Hayes said that although the current US dollar borrowing rate is still too low, this is a positive sign that basis trading is returning.
