Coinbase: Anthony Armstrong joins Board of Directors and Audit Committee

On September 3, Coinbase issued a document on the X platform stating that Anthony Armstrong would join its board of directors and audit committee. Anthony Armstrong was responsible for global technology M & A at Morgan Stanley for nearly a decade, served in the Department of Government Efficiency, and most recently served as chief financial officer of xAI and XCorp.
