Hyperliquid announces that HIP-3 upgrade will support optional license-based market configurations

Hyperliquid will support deployers to make optional configuration for the licensing market during network upgrades. This feature is collectively referred to as HIP-3. HIP-3 is managed by the deployer or sub-deployer on the chain, and the deployer can decide whether to use it. The first version of HIP-3 has been launched on the beta website and is designed to provide additional features to meet compliance requirements.
