On September 7, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Information and Communication Industry." The plan lists 13 major indicators, including that by 2030, the revenue of the information and communication industry will reach 4.1 trillion yuan, the cumulative investment in information infrastructure will be 3.8 trillion yuan, the average annual growth rate of total telecommunications services will be 7%, and the number of 5G (including 5G-A) base stations is 50, the intelligent computing power reaches 9800EFLOPS (billions of floating point operations per second), and the penetration rate of 5G (including 5G-A) users reaches 95%.
