On October 4, the White House established a new special working group, requiring that the report be completed within 120 days to sort out the risks and opportunities brought by artificial intelligence and clarify the responsibilities of the U.S. federal government for this rapidly developing technology. The working group adopts Trump's preferred name-"Super Intelligence Force." Jay Clayton, head of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, served as chairman of the working group and essentially became the Trump administration's head of artificial intelligence affairs. A senior White House official confirmed this identity. Clayton said: "The core goal of Trump's request for the formation of the working group is to fulfill his proposition: to ensure that the United States maintains its leading position in superintelligence and puts the interests of the American people first."
