Aptos Foundation Pledges 210 Million APT Permanently

The Aptos Foundation announced in a document on Platform X that it has committed to permanently pledge and lock 210 million APT tokens, which accounted for 37% of its total holdings when it was launched on its main network. It is reported that these locked tokens will remain non-tradable, and the funds needed for subsequent operations of the foundation will completely rely on the reward income generated by the pledge. Aptos simultaneously disclosed the complete update document of the token economy model and said it will continue to release relevant progress explanations in the future.
