Tether blacklists four THORChain vaults involving 1.45 million USDTs

According to The Defiant, stablecoin issuer Tether has blacklisted four THORChain treasury addresses, with a total of approximately 1.45 million USDTs held at the relevant addresses. This resulted in the temporary suspension of the Tron cross-chain exchange function and liquidity provider operations on the THORChain platform. Chad Barraford, co-founder of THORChain, said the team did not receive any warning notice before Tether implemented the above measures.
