Ledger money theft hackers transferred US$1.07 million in ETH to Tornado Cash, and some of the funds flowed into Binance's hot wallet
According to Onchain Lens monitoring, in the coin theft incident related to Ledger dealer CryptoBilis disclosed on October 10, the suspect involving an amount of nearly US$90 million has been traced to transferring 430.2 ETH (approximately US$1.07 million) to Tornado Cash through four wallets. After Tether froze some of the funds involved in the case, relevant parties began to use the PSM mechanism of SUN.io and USDD to exchange USDT for USDD, and some funds flowed into Binance's hot wallet. The wallet marked by Onchain Lens still holds approximately US$70.6 million in assets, including 11,406 ETH (approximately US$28.35 million), 213.371 BTC (approximately US$17.65 million), 13.646 million USDD (approximately US$13.65 million) and 10.909 million USDTs (approximately US$10.91 million). Since the flow of funds on the chain has not completely stopped, the above tracking records and suspect related information still need to be further verified.
