Tom Lee: Ethereum may exceed US$5000 by the end of the year, and this cycle is expected to hit US$50,000

Tom Lee, chairman of Ethereum treasury company Bitmine, predicted in a recent interview that Ethereum's current cycle is expected to rise to the range of US$25,000 to US$50,000. He analyzed and pointed out that ETH has fluctuated within similar price ranges for a long time in the past five years, and the continuous bottom-building process may lay the foundation for larger-scale breakthroughs in the future. Tom Lee also predicts that ETH is expected to exceed the $5000 mark by the end of the year. He further stated that if the price of Bitcoin climbs above $100,000, ETH may hit its target of approximately $7500. However, according to market forecast data, traders currently expect that the probability of ETH reaching US$5000 by the end of 2026 is only 4%.
