Rocket Pool voted in favor of withdrawing rETH, while retaining 4 ETH in bonds.

In the governance voting process of Rocket Pool, the proposal to allow users to withdraw rETH was approved by the voters. It was also decided to maintain the current setting of 4 ETH bonds, and to implement a random megapool exit mechanism. Additionally, proposals related to on-chain governance enhancements were postponed until later. The Saturn 2 upgrade still requires formal approval before it can take effect.
