According to Jin Shi, in order to help users use OpenClaw safely, the National Internet Emergency Center and China Cyberspace Security Association jointly released the OpenClaw Security Practice Guide on March 22, proposing security protection suggestions for ordinary users, enterprise users, cloud service providers and technology developers. Among them, suggestions for ordinary users include: use dedicated devices, virtual machines or containers to install OpenClaw, and isolate the environment and should not be installed on daily office computers; do not use administrator or superuser privileges to run OpenClaw; do not store and process private data in the OpenClaw environment; update the latest version of OpenClaw in a timely manner, etc. For cloud service providers, recommendations include conducting security evaluation and reinforcement of the basic security level of cloud hosts; deploying and accessing security protection capabilities; and protecting supply chain and data security.
