Resolv attacker's remaining 36.74 million USRs dropped to $2.04 million

According to EmberCN monitoring, although the remaining 36.74 million USRs from Resolv attackers are still being sold off, their current value has shrunk to US$2.04 million because the USR price has dropped by 88%. The attackers have now replaced most of the USR with ETH, and so far have purchased a total of 11,437 ETH units worth US$23.84 million.
