Regulations on the Integrity of State-owned Enterprise Leaders "by the Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council: No acceptance or solicitation of virtual currency and other property is allowed

The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council have issued the Regulations on Honest Practice of Leaders of State-owned Enterprises, which require leaders of state-owned enterprises to prohibit taking advantage of their powers or positions for personal gain, accepting or demanding gifts, gifts, securities, virtual currency and other property provided by affiliated enterprises of their own enterprises, enterprises with business relations with their own enterprises and their funded enterprises, as well as management and service objects, or agreeing to accept them after leaving office or retirement.
