Shen Yu: Binance’s 14 hot wallets have not yet revoked the 7702 delegation.

Shen Yu, co-founder of Cobo, posted on X stating that delegation #7702 for Binance’s Hot Wallet 14 has remained unretracted for over two hours. Meanwhile, a pending transaction worth 2961 ETH—destined for Binance Hot Wallet 14—has stalled due to an insufficient gas fee. Shen Yu warned that if this transaction eventually confirms on-chain while the base fee has dropped below 4.4 gwei, attackers could immediately execute a secondary transfer and drain approximately 2961 ETH.
