Binance: $3.64 billion net outflow on first day of withdrawal resumption, representing just 2.1% of its total managed assets
Binance began the phased restoration of its withdrawal service starting at 2:00 p.m. Beijing Time on November 1, 2026; by 8:36 p.m. that same day, withdrawals across all 15 supported networks—and their corresponding assets—had fully resumed. On November 2, Binance announced on social media that, following an initial surge in withdrawal volume, current withdrawal traffic has subsided and stabilized within expected ranges, while deposit volumes remain consistently high. Between 2:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Beijing Time on November 1, the platform processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits—a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This represents 2.1% of Binance’s total assets under management (AUM) of $171 billion, as reported in its most recent Proof of Reserves (PoR), dated October 28, 2026. Separately, an updated PoR snapshot was generated at 8:00 a.m. on October 31, with zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation initiated concurrently; the full updated report is expected to go live on Binance’s official PoR website the following day.
