Stellar Bell upgrade goes live on testnet; mainnet voting imminent

The Bell upgrade for the Stellar network has now been deployed to the testnet, marking its official entry into the pre-mainnet voting validation phase. The upgrade requires wallets and indexers to update their software to remain compatible with the network-level changes. Additionally, it introduces optional post-quantum signature verification capabilities for smart contracts—developers can enable them as needed. Once testnet validation is complete, the mainnet voting process will commence.
