Musk retweeted that xAI is about to launch a computer-controlled agent called "GrokComputer"

Users of the X platform discovered a function switch called enable_grok_computer in the source code of the Grok web page. It is speculated that xAI is preparing to launch a computer-controlled agent "GrokComputer", which is equivalent to the previously announced "early adopter version" of the Macrohard project. In response, Musk posted a document confirming "Coming Soon" when forwarding relevant posts. Macrohard is an AI automation system jointly developed by Tesla and xAI. It uses Grok as a high-level inference engine and is paired with AI agents to process screen images and keyboard and mouse operations in real time. It was previously reported that data collection work for the project was suspended last month.
