BlackRock tokenization fund BUIDL uses Chronicle verification solution to improve asset transparency

BlackRock's tokenization fund BUIDL has introduced oracle provider Chronicle as a new verification solution, TheBlock reports. According to Tuesday's announcement, Chronicle's "Asset Proof" system will provide "independently verified position-level data" viewable on Chronicle's dashboard that "continuously demonstrates the availability, timeliness, and completeness of the fund's asset composition." Chronicle Asset Proof is an institutional-level oracle layer that fetches data directly from custodians and managers. BUIDL is currently the largest tokenized fund, managing approximately $1.7 billion in Treasuries, overnight repo and cash assets.
