CipherDigital rose more than 9% before trading, signed a 15-year AI data center lease and received US$200 million in financing

CipherDigital (CIFR) shares rose about 9% in pre-market trading after the company announced a 15-year data center lease agreement with an investment-grade hyperscale customer and a revolving credit line of up to $200 million. According to the announcement, Cipher will develop and deliver high-performance computing (HPC) facilities at its existing site in its third data center campus, further strengthening its positioning as an AI infrastructure partner for large technology companies. In terms of financing, the company has obtained a revolving credit line backed by a consortium of global banks with a total size of up to US$200 million, with additional expansion options of US$50 million to provide non-dilutive financial support for its expansion, liquidity management and future growth.
