Amazon launches artificial intelligence productivity software for office workers

On April 29, Amazon Web Services announced the launch of a set of tools called AmazonConnectDecisions and AmazonConnectTalent for logistics workers and recruiters. These products rely on artificial intelligence agents to take actions on users 'behalf, such as conducting automated interviews or creating spreadsheets that predict product needs. These new products bring Amazon and Microsoft Corp. and Oracle Corp. Competition has become fiercer among cloud competitors such as Salesforce, and some of its largest customers, including Salesforce.
