US Treasury Secretary: Iran has had little success in trying to impose ship tolls, oil prices should fall sharply after war

On May 3, U.S. Treasury Secretary Basent said that oil prices should drop significantly after the war. Futures markets predict oil prices will fall. Not surprised that more ships pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has had little success in trying to impose ship tolls. The United States currently has record energy exports; the only factor limiting U.S. energy exports is infrastructure. The United States is a "big winner" in the energy market.
