Monthly consumption of encryption cards rose to US$600 million, USDT accounted for 62.5%

On May 4, MementoResearch released data showing that the monthly consumption scale of encrypted payment cards has increased to US$600 million, a six-fold increase from a year ago. The cumulative on-chain transaction volume has reached US$7.2 billion, and a total of 24 million transactions have been completed, involving 1.36 million wallet addresses, of which: 1. 62.5% of transactions are settled using Tether (USDT), indicating that stablecoins are gradually becoming the underlying infrastructure for consumer payments;2. About 90% of transactions are completed through the Visa network. 3. Online data also shows that Solana Ecosystem contributed approximately US$348 million in transaction volume, while Jupiter's Jupiter Global grew by 660% month-on-month and provided cash back incentives of 4% to 10%.
