The Strait of Hormuz is not allowed to transport oil from Iraq through Syria
On May 4, the Iraq border port management department said on the 2nd that 70 tanker trucks loaded with crude oil entered Syria from Iraq via the Rabia port that day. This is the reopening of this land oil transportation line by Iraq after a lapse of 13 years. The Rabia Port is located in Nineveh Province in northwest Iraq. It has been closed for a long time after the outbreak of the civil war in Syria in 2011 and just reopened in April this year. The port is not far from the oil fields of Mosul and Kirkuk in northern Iraq. (East News Agency)
