Arbitrum DAO votes to approve release of frozen ETH proposal

The Arbitrum DAO voted to approve the release of the frozen ETH proposal, with a approval rate of 90.96%. The proposal includes a request for Arbitrum governance to approve the release of 30,765.67 ETH frozen by the Arbitrum Security Committee on April 21, and transfer the funds to a 3/4 multi-signature wallet jointly controlled by AaveLabs, KelpDAO, EtherFi and Certora, an address that will be dedicated to recovery work after receiving the ETH frozen by Arbitrum.
