Digital asset data and software provider Lukka acquires data traceability and compliance platform PEERDATA

Lukka, an institutional digital asset data and software provider, announced the acquisition of data traceability and compliance platform PEERDATA. Lukka mainly provides auditable digital asset pricing, classification and market intelligence to funds, custodian banks, banks and exchanges;PEERDATA uses its DataBook of Record (DBOR) platform and patented DaisyChain technology to realize contract digitization, data usage measurement and end-to-end traceability. After the merger, both parties will provide financial institutions with a "control layer" covering digital assets and a wider range of data assets, uniformly support pricing, classification, proof of origin, licensing and governance, and continue to expand to scenarios such as on-chain assets and AI data consumption. The new company will continue to operate under the Lukka brand and will be headquartered in New York, with existing customer services from both parties unchanged.
