Serenity, the "white-haired stock god", released a personal investment observation to conduct valuation and shareholding structure analysis around a number of technology and semiconductor-related companies, focusing on net asset value (NAV) discounts and growth momentum. Its main views include: 1. Wistron is considered one of its most promising targets, with a current market value of approximately US$16.2 billion. Q1 revenue increased by 144% year-on-year, and holds approximately 35.46% of WiWynn. Its implied shareholding value is approximately 0.66 times the market value; 2. Wiwynn is optimistic about continued growth and becomes one of its core observation assets;3. Priortech holds approximately 21% of Camtek, with a shareholding value of approximately 1.35 times its market value, which is regarded as a partial holding structure;4. GlobalWafers is pointed out that there is a significant NAV discount (The market value is approximately US$3.5 billion vs. the shareholding value is approximately US$7.9 billion);5. South Korean-related assets Iljin Holdings and Simmtech Holdings were also pointed out to have significant NAV discounts, but he is cautious about South Korea's corporate governance and valuation redemption capabilities. Serenity pointed out that it is still in the research stage and has not yet formed a final investment conclusion, but tends to further increase the concentration of relevant positions on Monday, and emphasized that some of these companies have independent growth capabilities and NAV revaluation space.
