Swedish Bitcoin treasury company H100 will increase its Bitcoin holdings to 3501 by acquiring two companies

According to official sources, Swedish listed company H100Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire Norway companies Moonshot AS and NeverSay DieAS through an all-stock transaction. The transaction adopts a "Bitcoin for Bitcoin" structure, does not involve cash consideration and does not dilute the Bitcoin holdings of existing shareholders.<br /> After the transaction is completed, H100's Bitcoin position will increase from the current 1051 to approximately 3501.
