WLFI supported by the Trump family teamed up with Mesh to implement USD1 online payments this quarter

At the stablecoin-themed roundtable forum at the Token2049 Conference held in Singapore, executives of World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a crypto project supported by the Trump family, revealed that they would promote the access of the USD1 stablecoin payment system to large online merchant networks. The forum was jointly attended by WLFI CEO Zach Witkoff and co-founder Zak Folkman, and also invited Bam Azizi, co-founder and CEO of payment infrastructure provider Mesh. Azizi announced at the meeting that Mesh has established a cooperative relationship with WLFI. In the future, USD1 holders can use the stablecoin for consumption in Mesh's merchant ecosystem. Relevant payment functions are expected to be deployed this quarter. Folkman further added that in addition to its own applications, World Liberty will also expand the usage scenarios of USD1 to more commercial platforms.
