Papertrade responds to questions about price manipulation and agreement loopholes: Due to loose position caps at the beginning of launch, it has begun to tighten parameters
In response to recent questions about price manipulation and agreement loopholes, Papertrade officially responded that there is a fundamental difference in priority setting between small orders and large orders. If the same priority is given, the front-end will face garbage transaction congestion, and its negative impact may exceed the current queuing mechanism. Under existing constraints, the fair start mechanism has been as inclusive as possible. The manipulation of BTC/ETH transactions on the Hyperliquid BBO platform last night did not stem from loopholes in the mechanism that took six months to design. Such situations have been fully predicted as early as the early stage of the mechanism's construction. In order to cope with transaction congestion during the start-up stage, the position limit parameters have been temporarily relaxed. If the upper limit of positions is directly set during peak demand periods, it may aggravate the delayed experience of user operations. The queuing mechanism itself has formed a natural restriction on manipulation behavior due to the uncertainty of the confirmation time for opening/closing positions.
