Trade.xyz Founder: Partnered with ICE After 381 Days of Launch

381 days after launching Hyperliquid’s first market, Trade.xyz announced a partnership with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), formally disclosed by founder @sershokunin in a lengthy post. According to the announcement, once approved by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the two parties will jointly build a U.S.-focused market offering 24/7 perpetual contracts built on Hyperliquid’s architecture—spanning equities, indices, commodities, FX, and crypto assets. Previously inaccessible to U.S. investors, these innovative financial products will now be available for the first time, fully compliant with U.S. regulatory frameworks. As part of the collaboration, ICE has made a strategic investment in Trade.xyz and brought in high-profile participants, including renowned investor Stan Druckenmiller. In the post, @sershokunin reaffirmed the core vision of the agreement: building a universal decentralized exchange where users can trade any asset, anytime, anywhere—ultimately unifying “what you own” with “what you trade.”
