The White House issued talking points for the midterm elections, emphasizing that Trump has done all he can for the Republican Party.

According to Axios, the White House distributed an internal promotional document to government officials and external supporters, highlighting former President Donald Trump’s campaign efforts for Republican candidates in the upcoming midterm elections: since the Republican National Convention in September, Trump and Vice President JD Vance have jointly held over 50 campaign rallies. The document also claims that the GOP’s electoral prospects have “significantly improved” compared to four weeks ago. It characterizes the Trump administration’s past two years in office as “the most successful two years in history,” focusing its messaging on immigration, public safety, and the economy—while directly naming and attacking six Democratic candidates. The report notes that outside observers interpret this move as an effort by the White House to underscore Trump’s full-throated support for Republican candidates—even amid growing concerns about the party’s midterm outlook.
