Digital asset insurer Soter Insure secures strategic investment from Standard Chartered and SBI

Soter Insure, a digital asset-focused insurance company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, announced on November 5 the second close of its Series B funding round: led by Galaxy, with new strategic investors including SC Ventures—the innovation and venture capital arm of Standard Chartered—and Japanese financial group SBI Group. Token Bay Capital also participated in this round with additional investment. Earlier, Coinbase Ventures, Franklin Templeton, and Brevan Howard Digital joined the first close of this round in July 2026. Soter Insure was founded by Further Venture.
