SignalPlus detected anomalous activity on November 4 and completed full compensation—totaling $81,897—for all 23 affected users within 72 hours. Immediately after the incident, the team notified its partner exchanges and proactively proposed—and jointly executed—a full suspension of the relevant API keys. It simultaneously halted services on the affected platform and launched an end-to-end security review. Throughout the investigation, the team coordinated with users to verify identities and transactions, ensuring swift and efficient compensation. SignalPlus is now systematically strengthening its security infrastructure: raising API access thresholds, deploying IP allowlist verification, and enforcing strict controls over employee device usage and internal system access. Once the system review and security upgrades are fully complete, services will be restored in a phased and orderly manner.
