Circle Communications Director Rachel Busch leaves to join stablecoin payment chain Tempo

Rachel Busch joined the stablecoin payment blockchain Tempo in charge of communications. Previously, she served as a senior manager of corporate communications at Circle. She said that during her stay in Circle, she participated in telling the story of USDC and the Internet financial system and will continue to participate in the global stablecoin narrative.<br /> According to RootData, Tempo is a high-performance Layer1 blockchain jointly developed by Stripe and Paradigm. It is targeted at payment scenarios and supports mainstream stablecoins. It was launched on the main network in March 2026. Previously, it completed US$500 million in Series A financing in October 2025, with a valuation of US$5 billion.
