According to on-chain analyst Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa), on October 31, Binance’s SAFU wallet transferred 7,500 BTC—worth approximately $580 million at current market prices—roughly 30 minutes ago. The move appears aimed at replenishing reserve shortfalls affecting previously impacted assets. Following this transaction, the wallet still holds 7,500 BTC—exactly 50% of its pre-transfer balance. On the same day, Binance Co-CEO He Yi confirmed that ten assets—BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC—are now fully backed at 100% reserves.
