According to Xinhua News Agency, the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning the Unremitting Advancement of Strict Governance Over the Entire Party” explicitly mandates the unwavering, integrated advancement of the three-pronged anti-corruption strategy—“daring not to be corrupt, being unable to be corrupt, and having no desire to be corrupt.” It also stipulates resolute investigation and punishment of corruption committed via the internet, virtual currencies, cross-border fund flows, blockchain, and other means.
